Additional Resources
iRODS support is available from the community and the consortium development team via the
iRODS chat Google Group.
Bugs and feature requests are tracked via
GitHub.
For security issues or topics that require significant additional detail, please contact the iRODS Consortium support team
directly.
In addition to Consortium membership, the iRODS Consortium offers a range of professional services to current and prospective iRODS users, including system architecture, installation assistance, rule and microservice development, directed software development, custom training, and more.
Maintenance and Support
The Consortium additionally offers annual maintenance contracts to support your organization as you develop and deploy with iRODS. These contracts start at 10 hours of support per year and include email and telephone consultations. On-site support is also available.
Continuous Integration
The iRODS Consortium provides continuous integration and testing against every commit to the iRODS code base. Consortium members can include specific software and hardware in this continuous integration process. The cost to host hardware at the RENCI data center for this process is $100 a month per rack unit (U). This fee is waived for up to 10U of rack space for Premier consortium members.
Services from the iRODS Consortium are obtained in one of three ways:
• As a standalone service contract.
• As a benefit of Consortium membership.
• As a supplement to Consortium membership.
